Nice place to walk around and wonder. The atmosphere is very quiet and joyful. A must is the walk to the top of the hill, but only on a clear day. It offers great views of the forbidden city and a 360 degree view of the surrounding area.
Enjoy the day with your kids in the indoor water park section or just enjoy the outside during the night, when the whole cube lights up.
This is a place where you finally can see some colors and some water. The story behind it is interesting, and the view is amazing. Be sure to get a guide who knows the history.
The Pavilion of Ten Thousand Happinesses contains an 26 meter tall statue of the Maitreya Buddha carved from a single piece of white sandalwood. Definitely worth seeing.
If you bring your passport or photo ID, the entrance is free. Most of the displays are temporary exhibits, so the exhibited pieces will vary depending on the season.
