Look for the celebrity cuisine! Tucked away on the first floor of Lan Kwai Fong, a small, discreet boutique hotel, the 40-seat restaurant was opened several years ago by Cheng Kam-fu. While the menu at this two-star Michelin restaurant lists all sorts of dishes, the chef also excels at simple, home-style food.
Yung Kee specializes in roast goose and that´s what they are famous for. The restaurant has a reputation of selling the best roast goose in Hong Kong. Roasted goose is traditionally made by roasting goose with seasoning in a charcoal furnace at high temperature. If it is of high quality, crisp skin with juicy and tender meat offers a delicious culinary experience. Slices of roasted goose are generally served with plum sauce.
One Dim Sum is always packed with a huge crowd of people surrounding the place. They don’t take reservations so try grabbing a table during non-peak hours, usually between 3 and 5 PM or from 9 PM to 12:30.
Milk Tea with crispy bun and condensed milk - Tsui Wah’s milk tea is love. Made with premium Ceylon tea leaves, and Holland’s Black & White evaporated milk, it is silky and not overly bitter or sweet. You can buy bottles to take away at the venue.
