This museum should be one of the first places you visit in Hong Kong just to establish a baseline of knowledge. Very cheap entrance fee.
Do not donate money to the monks begging on the journey, they may be fake. It is a better idea to donate directly to the monastery.
During the week the park is almost empty and you will have short waiting times for the attractions.
No trip to Hong Kong would be complete without a visit to the Po Lin Monastery. The easiest way to reach the area is by catching the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car. Tian Tan Buddha, a giant Buddha statue, represents an extension of the monastery.
