Before you leave the Sagrada Famila, pay a visit to the crypt, Gaudí's resting place since his death in 1926. The architect spent the last days of his life on site, living a hermitlike existence in a workroom and dedicating all of his time to the project.

To see the inside of the building you have to either take a guided tour or you buy a ticket for a concert. Concerts are almost every day, and sometimes tickets are really cheap.
