Chesterton Community College is a secondary school serving students ranging in age from 11 to 16. It is an LEA maintained college with a thousand pupils and 120 staff. The College is located in New Chesterton, a suburb in the north of Cambridge in the county of Cambridgeshire, England, approximately 50 miles (80 km) north-northeast of London and was established in 1935 as two separate schools for boys and girls. In 1974, the schools were re-organised as a mixed Community Comprehensive College.
