Rapa [ˈrapa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Banie Mazurskie, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Banie Mazurskie, 20 km (12 mi) west of Gołdap, and 116 km (72 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
