Preston Lodge High School is a six-year non-denominational school located in the town of Prestonpans. It serves students from Prestonpans, Port Seton, Longniddry and the surrounding areas. The school has recently undergone a major new building/refurbishment project under PPP. The school has four associated cluster primary schools, which all students attending these schools are entitled to a place at Preston Lodge. These are Cockenzie Primary School, Longniddry Primary School, Prestonpans Primary School and St. Gabriels Primary School. The partner primary schools are of varying size and denomination. Staff currently number at around 110, pupils at around 1050.
